美聯物業新界西北豪宅 - 元朗公園南路分行高級分區營業經理徐君寶表示，成交單位為元朗翹翠峰5座低層C室，實用面積526平方呎，採2房設計。據悉，單位早前以$540萬放售，買家為自用客，認為現時息口及政策均利好樓市向好減息年代，逐議價後以$502萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$9,543。

原業主2011年以$287萬購入單位，持貨13年，帳面升值$215萬。
