元朗爾巒茵娜大道6座低層3房戶換樓客斥$800萬入市

美聯物業元朗 - 形點分行助理聯席董事陳鋒表示，施政報告「減辣」逐步見效，區內交投加快，該行最新促成換樓客「零議價」斥$800萬購入元朗爾巒779實呎戶。

陳鋒表示，成交單位為元朗爾巒茵娜大道6座低層A室，實用面779平方呎，屬3房套間隔。據悉，單位之前以$850萬放售，獲睇好後市買家議價後以$800萬承接，實用呎價約$10,270。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年以$870萬購入單位。
