美聯物業元朗世宙分行助理區域經理馮根明表示，該行剛促成元朗柏麗豪園5座低層D室，實用面積590平方呎，建築面積695平方呎，屬2房單位，面向正北，間格實用，景觀開揚，屋苑鄰近港鐵站。據悉，買家為區內首置客，把握機會入市。原業主移民，開價$530萬，減價$20萬，最終以$510萬成交單位，實用面積平均呎價$8,644，建築面積平均呎價$7,338。

據了解，原業主於1998年以約$223.8萬購入上述單位，持貨逾24年，賬面獲利$286.2萬，期内物業升值約1.3倍。
