元朗朗屏8號3座高層3房戶「租轉買」以$655萬承接

美聯物業元朗 - Grand Yoho分行區域經理王偉健表示，息口回落，吸引不少租客「租轉買」，該行最新錄得元朗朗屏8號533實呎戶$655萬沽出，原業主持貨8年帳面微賺離場。

王偉健表示，成交單位為元朗朗屏8號3座高層D室，實用面積約533方呎，3房間隔。據悉，單位早以前$698萬放售，買家為區內租客，見開價合理，故「租轉買」購入自住，議價後以$655萬承接，實用呎價約$12,289。

原業主於2016年以$641萬買入單位，持貨8年，是次沽出帳面微賺約$14萬。
