美聯物業元朗 - 朗屏站分行助理區域經理張國成表示，成交單位為元朗峻巒(PARK YOHO)25A座低層D室，實用面積約635平方呎，3房間隔。據悉，單位早以前$660萬放售，買家為用家，鍾情屋苑環境，故議價後以$623萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$9,811。

原業主於2019年以$945.5萬買入單位，持貨5年，是次沽出帳面蝕約$322.5萬，或34%。
