美聯物業元朗 - 朗屏站分行助理區域經理張國成表示,成交單位為元朗峻巒(PARK YOHO)25A座低層D室,實用面積約635平方呎,3房間隔。據悉,單位早以前$660萬放售,買家為用家,鍾情屋苑環境,故議價後以$623萬承接,實用面積平均呎價約$9,811。

原業主於2019年以$945.5萬買入單位,持貨5年,是次沽出帳面蝕約$322.5萬,或34%。
