元朗原築減價$15萬至$415萬承接 持貨16年帳面獲利$244.5萬

美聯物業新界西北豪宅 - 元朗公園南路分行高級分區營業經理徐君寶表示,成交單位為元朗原築1座低層D室,實用面積449平方呎,採2房連儲物室間隔。據悉,單位早前以$430萬放售,而買家為租客,有見開價合理,故議價$15萬後以$415萬承接,實用面積平均呎價約$9,242。

資料顯示,原業主2008年以$170.5萬購入單位,持貨16年,帳面獲利$244.5萬。
