元朗加州花園單號屋累減約$230萬至$1,150萬易主

中原地產葡萄園及加州花園市務經理譚永康表示，日前促成元朗加州花園名仕居白楊徑單號屋，單位實用面積1,016平方呎，建築面積1,470平方呎，開價約$1,380萬，日前議價後以$1,150萬沽出，累減約$230萬，實用面積平均呎價約$11,319。

中原譚永康指，新買家為區內用家，感屋苑環境舒適，價錢吸引，即購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於1996年以約$398萬買入單位，持貨28年，現轉手賬面獲利$752萬離場，單位期內升值189%。
