美聯物業元朗YOHO HUB分行營業經理曹錦輝表示，該行最新錄得元朗公屋朗屏邨賀屏樓高層18室，實用面積約355平方呎，2房單位，議價$10萬，以$208萬於公屋第二市場成交，實用面積平均呎價$5,859。

據悉，買家為公屋綠表客，見價錢合理，即買即住。原業主於2013年以$299,100購入上述單位，持貨逾9年，帳面獲利約$178.1萬，期內物業升值約6倍。
