美聯物業元朗YOHO HUB分行營業經理曹錦輝表示，該行最新錄得元朗公屋朗屏邨355實呎兩房單位，成交單位為元朗公屋朗屏邨悅屏樓中層33室，屬兩房單位，實用面積約355平方呎。據悉，原業主一口價以$160萬於公屋第二市場成交，折合實用呎價約$4,507。

原業主於2016年以$29.5萬購入上述單位，持貨逾6年，帳面獲利$130.5萬，期內物業升值約4.4倍。
