何文田半山壹號一期低層3房戶買家妁$1,900萬承接作長線投資

美聯物業 - 馬兆鋒經理表示，部分投資者對後市有信心，加快入市步伐。該行剛促成一宗何文田半山壹號3房戶的成交，投資客以$1,900萬承接單位，該單位16年內升值逾2成。

馬兆鋒指，上述成交的單位為半山壹號一期半山徑30號低層單位，實用面積約1,252平方呎，屬3房套連儲物室間隔。據瞭解，買家心儀屋苑配套齊備，單位內櫳寬闊，價錢符合預算，故以$1,900萬承接單位作長線投資，折合實用呎價約$15,176。

參考成交資料，原業主於2008年6月以約$1,537.8萬購入上述物業，持貨約16年，是次轉手帳面賺約$362.2萬，或約23.6%。
