九龍站「大業主」沽天璽星鑽2房蝕4球順德「西餅客」曾4.4億大手掃貨14伙

近日2手市場錄得多宗大額蝕讓個案，九龍站天璽星鑽高層J室，實用面積530平方呎，2房間隔，以1488萬元沽出。原業主於2013年以1894萬元購入，持貨12年，帳面蝕讓406萬元。

據悉，原業主為「楓譽投資有限公司」，公司董事為內地富商吳長顯。吳長顯於順德經營家具生意，曾任順德樂從家具城商會會長。

楓譽投資早年大手購入11伙天璽及3伙The Austin單位，涉及資金約4.4億元，為九龍站一帶樓盤的「大業主」之一。
