美聯物業尖沙咀豪宅組擎天半島分行高級區域營業董事李子樂表示，該行新近促成九龍站君臨天下1座極高層A室，實用面積約1,084平方呎，3房連儲物室間隔，座向南方，外望海景，單位以$5,600萬放盤，議價後以$5,270萬承接單位，折合實用呎價約$48,616，低於市價約6.6%。

原業主於2014年5月以$4,250萬購入上述物業，持貨約10年，是次轉手帳面賺$1,020萬，約24%。
