九龍塘又一居8座中高層2房戶月租$2.1萬回報約7.7厘

美聯物業九龍豪宅又一村分行首席助理聯席董事蕭偉祥表示，該行剛促成一宗又一居2房戶的租賃成交，租客心儀單位間隔四正，以月租$2.1萬承接，租金回報約7.7厘。

蕭偉祥指，上述租出的單位為又一居8座中高層G室，屬2房套房間隔，實用面積約439平方呎。據悉，業主以月租$2.3萬放租單位，租客鍾情單位間隔四正，經議價，最終以月租$2.1萬承租單位，實用呎租約$47.8。

參考成交資料，業主於2006年1月以約$328萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，單位租金回報約7.7厘。
