聯物業東九龍現祟山分行高級營業經理楊志霖表示，該行早前促成九龍城御．豪門中層D室，實用面積930平方呎，3房套連儲物套房間隔。據悉，單位最初開價$1,480萬放售，早前獲用家洽購，累減$113.2萬，以$1,366.8萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$14,697。

資料顯示，原業主於2012年4月以$1,208萬購入上述單位，持貨超過11年，帳面獲利$158.8萬，單位升值約13%。
