新地旗下九龍站天璽，今日（23日）錄得一宗招標成交，單位為日鑽璽90樓A室連車位，實用面積1,717平方呎，，4房雙套間隔，，以逾1.52億元售出，交呎價約8.9萬元，屬今年九龍區首宗逾1億元的一手成交。新買家採用180日付款計劃。

天璽為港鐵九龍站第六期住宅項目，由兩座約 270 米高的摩天大廈組成，為香港最高的住宅。合共提供825伙單位，實用面積由434至3,113平方呎。天璽早於2007年入伙，樓齡近18年。
