據了解，新買家為外區換樓客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於2012年以$2050萬購入單位，持貨12年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$530萬離場，期內升值約25.9%。
