九肚山玖瓏山議價後以$2.2萬租出業主2.7厘租金回報

中原地產新界東豪宅富豪山峯組分行經理許秋偉表示，租出單位為九肚山玖瓏山日瓏閣2座中層D室，單位實用面積735平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$2.3萬，議價後以$2.2萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$30。

據了解，新租客為同區客，見屋苑環境舒適，加上單位租金合理，即租入單位自住。業主於2015年以$977萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.7厘租金回報。
