中原地產新界東豪宅朗濤分行高級分行經理張少聰表示，近期租賃交投暢旺，九肚山玖瓏山最新錄天瓏閣1座中層D戶，單位實用面積654平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$21,000，日前零議價租出，實用平均呎租$32.1。

中原張少聰指，新租客為同區家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2024年以$660萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.8厘租金回報。
