中原地產駿景園分行首席分區營業經理陳韻兒表示，九肚山尚珩最新錄一宗租賃成交，單位為1座低層B室，單位實用面積1930平方呎，4房連雙套房及工人套房間隔，叫價約$9.8萬，雙方議價後以$8.3萬租出，平均實用呎租約$43。

中原陳韻兒表示，新租客為區外家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，少有放盤，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主則於2018年以$5326萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享近2厘租金回報。
