美聯物業西營盤站分行高級分區營業經理陳凱廸表示，該行剛促成中環堅道99號豐樂閣一個中層D室單位，實用面積約1,367平方呎，單位寬敞實用，原業主近期叫價約為$2,150萬，議價後以約$1,718萬獲同區換樓客承接，實用面積平均呎價約為$12,568，並連一個車位。

原業主於1986年4月以約$182.8萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$1,535.2萬，物業升值840%。
