中原豪宅西半山資深分區營業經理簡英譓透露，分行促成成交單位為中半山寶林閣低層5室，實用面積1,326平方呎，建築面積1,702平方呎，3房連套房及工人套房間隔，望翠綠樹景，業主以$2,550萬將單位連車位易手，實用面積平均呎價$19,231。

中原簡英譓指，原業主於1997年3月以$878萬買入單位，持貨25年，帳面獲利$1,672萬，單位升值190%。
