上水高爾夫御苑議價後以$9,500租出業主可享約2.5厘租金回報

中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，暑假期間，整體租賃交投持續活躍，上水高爾夫御苑剛錄7座中層J室，單位實用面積277平方呎，開放式間隔，日前議價後以$9,500租出，實用面積平均呎租約$34.3。

中原陳國輝表示，新租客為區內用家，見屋苑環境舒適，間隔合用，價錢合理，即租入市單位自住。據了解，業主於2017年以$457萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.5厘租金回報。
