上水顯峯中層3房戶$533.8萬成交期內貶值3%

中原地產粉嶺中心分行經理蔡堅濤表示，上水顯峯本月暫錄約4宗成交，分行最新錄得中層C室，單位建築面積703平方呎，實用面積505平方呎，3房間隔，開價約$650萬，日前議價後以$533.8萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$10,570。

中原蔡堅濤指，新買家為外區上車客，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於2022年以$550萬購入上址，持貨2年，現轉手賬面蝕讓$16.2萬離場，單位期內貶值3%。
