上水歌賦嶺單號屋議價後以$3.1萬租租金回報達2厘

中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，近期整體租賃交投持續活躍，上水歌賦嶺剛錄楊柳徑單號屋，單位實用面積1,315平方呎，建築面積2,032平方呎，開價約$3.5萬，日前議價後以$3.1萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$23.6。

中原陳國輝表示，新租客為區內用家，見屋苑環境舒適，間隔合用，價錢合理，即租入市單位自住。據了解，業主於2012年以$1,869萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2厘租金回報。
