美聯物業粉嶺 - ONE INNOVALE 花都廣場分行區域經理吳偉文表示，成交單位為上水御景峰高層J室，實用面積661平方呎，採3房設計，間隔實用。據悉，單位早前以$700萬放售，獲區內自用客洽購，鐘情屋苑環境配套，議價後以$678萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$10,257。

資料顯示，原業主2020年$850萬購入單位，持貨4年，轉手帳面蝕$172萬。
