中原地產粉嶺名都分行區域營業董事陳國輝表示，近日整體入市氣氛向好，租賃市場持續活躍，上水奕翠園最新錄2座中層A室，單位實用面積1022平方呎，建築面積1179平方呎，3房連套房間隔，議價後連車位以$22,300租出，平均實用呎租約$21.8。

中原陳國輝表示，新租客為區內客，見單位環境舒適，租金合理，即租入單位自住。據了解，原業主於2004年以約$363萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約7.4厘租金回報。
