上水名都3座高層2房戶議價後以$410萬易手升值39%

中原地產粉嶺碧湖花園分行經理蔡天賜表示，近期入市氣氛持續正面，粉嶺上水區本月暫錄約42宗二手成交，較上月增約3成，其中上水名都剛錄本月首宗成交，最新錄得成交單位為3座高層H室，單位實用面積376平方呎，建築面積502平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$430萬，日前議價後以$410萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$10,904。

中原蔡天賜指，新買家為用家，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2013年以$295萬購入上址，持貨11年，是次沽出單位獲利約$115萬離場，單位升值39%。
