上水名都議價後以$1萬獲承租業主可享約6.5厘租金回報

中原地產粉嶺牽晴間分行經理黃毓文表示，日前促成上水名都2座低層F室租賃成交，實用面積408平方呎，建築面積552平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$1.1萬，議價後以$1萬獲承租，實用面積平均呎租$24.5。

中原黃毓文指，新租客為公司客，見單位價錢合理，即還價租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2010年以$185萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約6.5厘租金回報。
