上水中心3座低層2房戶$400萬易手期內賺幅約60%

中原地產粉嶺碧湖花園分行經理蔡天賜表示，近期整體交投氣氛向好，上水中心剛錄本月首宗成交，屋苑最新錄3座低層E室，單位建築面積465平方呎，實用面積351平方呎，屬2房間隔，叫價約$410萬，議價後以$400萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$11,396。

中原蔡天賜指，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2011年以$250萬購入上址，持貨約13年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$150萬，期內賺幅約60%。
