上水中心2房議價後以$400萬易手實用呎價$11,429

中原地產粉嶺碧湖花園分行經理蔡天賜表示，日前促成上水中心5座高層C室，單位實用面積350平方呎，建築面積455平方呎，2房間隔，日前議價後以$400萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$11,429。

中原蔡天賜指，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2013年以約$301萬購入上址，持貨約11年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$99萬離場，單位期內升值33%。
