一號銀海6座極低層3房議價後以$3.2萬租出

香港置業奧運站一號銀海分行高級聯席董事翁嘉慧表示，該行促成的一宗一號銀海3房套的租務成交，租出單位為一號銀海6座極低層，實用面積約665平方呎，建築面積897平方呎，屬3房套間隔，向西北享海景，業主以約$3.5萬放租，經議價後決定以$3.2萬承租，實用呎租約$48.1，建築呎租約$35.7。

資料顯示，業主於2018年1月以約1,390萬元購入上述單位。
